Compact Cutter - HLK-33800
This compact cutter is a double acting device capable of cutting steel wire rope up to 1 Inch (25mm) diameter and steel bar up to 1/2 Inch diameter. The shaped closure for the cable allowes it to cut the full diameter in one pass.
The unit comes with an intensifier allowing operation from a 140 Bar supply. Weight in water is approximately 8.2kg in water.Various mounting options available.Standard Cutter - HLK-33900
The HLK-33900 standard cutter is a double acting device capable of cutting steel wire rope up to 1.5 Inch (38mm) diameter and steel bar up to 1 Inch diameter. The cutter has a shaped closure for the cable such that it will cut full diameter in one pass. The unit comes with an intensifier allowing operation from a 140 Bar supply. Weight in water is approximately 14.3kg. Various mounting options available.
4" Disk Cutter - HLK-33600
The Hydro-Lek 4" cutter can be operated directly from a work class hydraulic supply or from a system comprising of the HLK-90200 and 9200 Power packs or HLK-90100 Dual Power Pack, HLK-7020 Valve Pack or HLK-72100 and control system. The cutter jaws grab the hose or cable to be cut and then a rotating disc is fed onto the job to be cut. The grip is so strong that even in zero visibility and locked on, a perfect cut can be easily achieved. Weight 12Kg in water.
6" Disk Cutter - HLK-33625
The HLK 33625 6" Cutter is a self-contained grab, feed and cut unit, which for a weight of only 14kg can cut pipe, cable or grout hose. This is a significant weight reduction on standard anvil cutters. It can be controlled using standard Hydro-Lek systems or directly from a work class ROV.
Suction Pump - HLK-3150
The HLK-3150 Suction Pump is a compact Venturri device designed to provide controlled flows for suction anchor installation and removal. Together with the HLK-3100 Water Jet it can be fitted to the smaller ROV's, either within the frame or skid mounted. This enables suction tasks as well as jetting in one package.
Sub-sea Drill - HLK-3200
The HLK-3200 Sub-sea Drilling System was designed for drilling holes so that sacrificial anodes could be fitted under water. It uses a heavy-duty magnet to hold the drilling system in place, while a hydraulic motor rotates the drill. An HLK-1080 Cylinder with a flow control valve pushes the drill carriage down the guide rods to drill the hole.
Water Jet - HLK-31020
The HLK-31020 Water Jet, has been developed to assist in cleaning tasks needed on many sub-sea structures before intervention. Driven by a 3 phase motor, the pump can deliver 12.5 litres per minute at 110 bar, though an orbital nozzle. The nozzle can be deployed by a manipulator or fixed on the ROV and directed by the ROV itself.
Submarine Rescue Drilling Machine - HLK-32000
This device was developed in the aftermath of the KURSK disaster to enable emergency air to be applied through the hull of a stricken submarine.
