Self-assembly swageable fittings
The self-assembly swageable fittings have been developed in conjunction with HYDRO-LEK 2 & 3 mm bore hose. By following the simple step by step guide, high-pressure hose assemblies can be made up offshore using our hand Swage tool. This quick and simple procedure also produces hose ends which are lighter and compact enabling tight bend radii to be achieved, yet fully functional at 170 bar.

The swage tool is used to assemble HYDRO-LEK swageable fittings.
Hydraulic Fittings
This range of hydraulic fittings has been developed for use in conjunction with the Hydro-Lek Hydraulic Manipulator Systems. Made in 316 SS or Nickel Plated Brass the company provides very cost effective, off the shelf delivery, both in new systems and after sales support.
Hydraulic Hose
Hydro-Lek supplies various hose types to suit the standard range of hydraulic fittings. In addition to the 3 mm bore high pressure hose and the 6 mm bore high flow hose, Hydro-Lek can provide swaged hose assemblies for any of its product systems.
Compensators
The Hydro-Lek Compensators are pressure balance devices and hydraulic reservoirs. They can be provided in various sizes or coupled to achieve the necessary compensation to cater for any size system. The compensators are made from Polyurethane hi-frequency welded material with seal edges. Three x 1/4 BSP ports are fitted as standard and four fixing points. Dimensions 400 mm x 150 mm capacity 1.5 Litre.
